I got a document checklist and it is asking me to upload Legal Name Change Document for Spouse.?

Her name change is due to Marriage so would marriage certificate be sufficient here as Legal Name Change Doc ? In her personal details I have specifically selected name used before as "Name Before Marriage"

Get an Affidavit for Name Change after Marriage. You can find the process and the format online.

Below is my actual work experience which I have shown under work history(Just shown some dummy dates).
Eployment#1
2013-Feb-10 to Till date - Canada
Eployment#2
2008-Nov-12 to 2013-Feb-10 - Foreign
Eployment#3
2007-Nov-15 to 2008-Nov-10 - Foreign
Eployment#4
2004-Jan-10 to 2007-Nov-10 - Foreign

But, I did a small mistake when created a work history as follows for my third employment
Eployment#3
2007-Nov-15 to 2013-Nov-10 - Foreign instead of 2007-Nov-15 to 2008-Nov-10 - Foreign

Someone may help me out here?

Now, I have modified it to actual under work history. Can someone help me how to explain this change to CIC?

1. Offer of employment will confirm that you'll be working in a specific NOC (job responsibilities) while in Canada on an ICT. That establishes some of the required context. This document must pre-dates your employment start date in Canada.

2. Letter of employment fills in the remaining blanks. It is a recently dated letter which reconfirms your status in Canada, reconfirms job responsibilities and finally explicitly confirms that you'll be employed by that very employer for at least 1 year from the day you get your COPR/visa.

Thanks Asivad, Any inputs on the list of documents that I have? Will they suffice, HR is not ready to mention specific line "that very employer for at least 1 year from the day you get your COPR/visa. " However, letter did mention duration of assignment.

In one of the section of personal history, there is column to mention all the organization i was associated.

Top of head, i recall below organization. let me know which one should i write.

TOASTMASTERS
UNIVERSITY ALUMNI
COLLEGE ALUMNI
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING LICENSE (I just registered, don't have license, but do have a registration #)

You could certainly leave out most of these entities. CIC is probably more interested in knowing about military/paramilitary/suspected terrorist organizations and the like rather than your college groups.

Another question. In the travel history section, should i write the trips i made to India (home country) while my stay in Canada?
E.g

COUNTRY: India START: May, 2009 END: Jun, 2009 PURPOSE: Visit family
COUNTRY: India START: Jan, 2011 END: Feb, 2011 PURPOSE: Visit family

OR

mention all the ins and outs (per passport stamp) for the countries, I've been.
E.g

COUNTRY: Canada START: Jan, 2008 END: Apr, 2009 PURPOSE: Study
COUNTRY: India START: May, 2009 END: Jun, 2009 PURPOSE: Visit family
COUNTRY: Canada START: July, 2009 END: Dec, 2010 PURPOSE: Work
COUNTRY: India START: Jan, 2011 END: Feb, 2011 PURPOSE: Visit family
COUNTRY: Canada START: Jan, 2011 END: Present PURPOSE:Work

So on and so forth (just like showing all the entry/ exit stamp in chronological order)

Fairly certain that you can leave out any trips made between Canada and your country of citizenship.

As always

Thank you

Andy

I have the same case, so should I mention those visit from ins and out ? All my trips was from Home country to Canada?

Congrats to everyone those who recieved ITA.

Expert advice required:

1. My canadian education I claimed 15 points (2 yr) of education, however my course was of 3 yr but because I was a master's from india I got credential for 1 yr.

So I wanted to change the level of education to 3 yr bachleor degree/ or diploma option but I was not able to do it I got an Invitation before that at the score of 481

2. My work expereince in Canada is from 3rd September 2013- 30th October 2013 (1st company -contract postion NOC CODE 2211)
19th November 2013- 6th September 2013 (2nd Company- permanent position NOC CODE 2211)

I have got 3 yr expereince count I am not sure if it makes it exactly 3 yr experience or not?

Also, I have recieved invitation under CEC. So my score breakdown would have been. I am confused cuz i have not claim 30 points there and if 3 yr is not my exact work experience I have to minus 11 points from my total? 481-11= 470? or i can explain 481+15(for education) -11(2 yr instead of 3 yr work expereince = 485.??

Please help me out I have waited long enough for this ITA. Don't want to claim anything wrong.

Thanks,
AARJUN

Under documents checklist (documents to upload), cic asking to upload "Education transcripts" apart from "Education diplomas / degrees". This is the first time I'm seeing this "Education transcripts" required sepearatley. Is it due to new additional points to students in Canada ?
Do anyone see requirement to upload "Education transcripts" in your checklist ?

Does anyone seeing "Education transcripts" under documents checklist ?

Hello All,

Got ITA on Dec 22, 2016

Do I have to include unpaid internships for credits during undergrad and their corresponding addresses in personal history? If yes, would it come under Educational Activity?

Would appreciate your advice. Thank you!

We don't know yet. This is the first set of ICT applicants applying under EE.

So that will goes in personal history?

On travel history:
The first time I leave my home country to come to Canada in 2012. Then I leave Canada in 2014 for a month to home country and back from home country to Canada.

So I have to mention all those ins and outs?
28th Dec 2012 - Canada - For Study
18th Apr 2014 - India - Family visit
17th May 2014 - Canada - For Study (but here after study in 2014, I started working from 2015, while saying study will be okay?)

Thanks!

Yes, personal history.

Regarding your travels there are different opinions in this forum whether one should mention travels between country of origin and country of residence. So up to you to decide.
