I claimed points for my spouse education but I have an ECA report, mark sheets/consolidated mark sheet and provisional certificates for my spouse education but not taken original degrees yet for spouse's degrees. Do we really need the original degrees to upload or am I good to proceed with an ECA report, mark sheets/consolidated mark sheet?

Experts, Have a question on Work History. I have been with same company since 2006 and moved to canada in April 2015. I started working in NOC 2174 from 2009(2009-2014 in USA and 2015 onwards Canada). I have got letter from company stating that i assumed this role in 2009. I have 2 questions here
Work History:
A) Under work history for PR application, i have mentioned 2 entries . One from 2009 - 2014 and another from 2015 to till now. Can i just show one reference Letter for both these entries.
B) Do i need to list down any previous work experience with same company in different role under work experience. I am thinking as my current role meets 3 years of Foreign Experience and 1 year of Canadian Experience I don't need to put all experience prior to 2009 under work history. However, I have added that under personal history.

Travel History: As My country of origin is India and country of residence is Canada, I have just mentioned my trips to USA for work, vacation purpose and i have not included stay in India and Canada under this section. However, I have included those details under address history sections.

Education\Language: Do we need to notarize WES\CELPIP results?

Appreciate response in advance.

Not a problem.

Thank you Asivad. Do I need to prove that it was on implied status? Or is it okay if I normally go ahead and make the application?

People have been rejected for not uploading their degrees along with its translation if not in English/French.

Address History Question:

In the address history, I lived in my apartment from 2014 till now. But I traveled to USA and stayed at a different address for 2 to 3 days. Should the address be my apartment or should I exclude those particular days and mention exactly where I stayed (hotel)?

Thanks

1 - It is not ideal to get only one reference letter but if it follows IRCC's guidelines it could work.
2 - If you're not claiming points for that work experience just add it in the personal history section
3 - No need to notarize those - heck, you don't even have to upload your CELPIP results.

Keep the address of the apartment.

Thanks for reply. Would like to mention that both of these experiences have been working with same parent company. Only work location got changed. from 2009-2014 i was deputed to USA and from 2015 onwards to Canada.

As asked, I have entered 12 years work history under personal history and it is enough for now. Can someone please double confirm?

Hello Asivad,

My original work permit ended Oct 21,2015 but then i had applied for an LMIA and an LMIA based WP extension so i continued working on an Implied status. This extension was denied as my LMIA got rejected, and the letter from CPC asked me to stop Working after 16 Jan,2016 . My work Experience is from 1 Nov,2014 to 9 Jan,2016. Would i need to include any information in this regard? My reference letter states 1 Nov,2014 to 9 Jan,2016, same with my T4 and paystubs.

Also i have my PCC from March 2016, but haven't been back to India or any other country since Dec,2013. Would this PCC work for me?

No information required. Just the reference letter.

That PCC would work as you haven't lived in India after March 2016.

I visited my home country twice for a short vacation after landing in Canada on an ICT WP. I have broken down this travel history accordingly in my profile. Is it correct or do I need to still show up there since I originally landed in Canada?

Under documents checklist (documents to upload), cic asking to upload "Education transcripts" apart from "Education diplomas / degrees". This is the first time I'm seeing this "Education transcripts" required sepearatley. Is it due to new additional points to students in Canada ?
Do anyone see requirement to upload "Education transcripts" in your checklist ?

Below is my actual work experience which I have shown under work history(Just shown some dummy dates).
Eployment#1
2013-Feb-10 to Till date - Canada
Eployment#2
2008-Nov-12 to 2013-Feb-10 - Foreign
Eployment#3
2007-Nov-15 to 2008-Nov-10 - Foreign
Eployment#4
2004-Jan-10 to 2007-Nov-10 - Foreign

But, I did a small mistake when created a work history as follows for my third employment
Eployment#3
2007-Nov-15 to 2013-Nov-10 - Foreign

Now, I have modified it to actual under work history. Can someone help me how to explain this change to CIC?
