So what do you suggest ? Should I just attach my father's affidavit and bank statement to prove transfer of funds ... do you think that would be sufficient? Please reply

Yes. Along with a bank letter showcasing 6 months average balance (and other required details) or 6 month bank statements.

Definitely not your father's statements.

Is this a recently opened account? Or it was just dormant up until 3 months ago?

My bad,
I rechecked it and it is truth,. However there is also one more thing:
For example, if an applicant marries before they submit their e-APR but informs CIC of the marriage only after they submit their e-APR, the marriage can be taken into account as part of the section A11.2 assessment.

If, however, an applicant marries after they submit their e-APR, then informs CIC of the marriage, the marriage cannot be taken into account as part of the section A11.2 assessment. However, the change in circumstance may affect whether the applicant still meets the program requirements. See below for details.

It was my Salary account back in 2014. Then I left my job and country for higher studies. It was dormant not recently opened. I opened this in 2010 July.

That should work. Provide 6 month statements even if 3 of those were dormant status, you can explain that in the LOE.

Indeed.

It is misrepresentation to NOT inform (or actively misinform) IRCC about one's marital status at any point in time. A married applicant may choose to apply just for themselves by listing their spouse as 'not accompanying' but they cannot claim to be single while being married. If one gets married AFTER submitting the post ITA application, their spouse can be added to the current application. That application may be denied if the spouse doesn't meet one or more admissibility criteria.

I also have some national saving certificates that are matured now. They are under my name for past 3 years... should I transfer them also to my bank account as liquid cash.

If that can help you avoid the 'gift' route either partially or completely, sure. You'll have to provide all possible documentation to prove that you have had exclusive ownership of these financial assets for at least 6 months. You'll also have to provide documentary evidence of sale and further proof that sale proceeds were deposited into your bank account.

Thanks a lot for the help. I will try to get things done though it seems quite difficult now :(

Hello,

I have a question regarding education proof. Is it enough to upload the WES certificate? Or I have to upload the copies of all my diplomas as well?

Thx

No, you have to upload your degrees as well as its translation if not in English/French.

People have been rejected for not including these.
