I have some national savings under my name as well. That's under my name for last 3 years. Can I convert them into liquid cash and show that statement? I can show my fathers income and profident funds as well. Would that be sufficient. ?
I think you should and yes you can , as long as you show them receipts of national saving so they know it was under your name . And then explain it under letter of explanation that this is what you have done to provide your funds.
Affidavit should be sufficient from your father side , just rember to mention how your father got all this money too, i mean what is the root! if your father got it as loan from somebody and transferred it to your account and you show them as a support from your father then CIC will come to know . As many ppl in the past have done that, therefore its good to tell them how your father got that money too. And mention it in the affidavit.

Congrat everybody.
For me it was a bit soon (just 2 days after getting my PNP). Nowhere to hurry now. Make sure all your documents are correct. If you think something is not clear there. Add it in LOE. For those who went through PNP, best is also to add your PNP certificate and schedule 4 after LOE.
I am now just waiting for my paper version of PNP and Medicals (because of Christmass I will have it done only in January).
Also feel lucky, as it seems that they were finishing some yearly quota. But next year ITA are a big question.

Hi Everybody;

Congratulations to everybody who received ITA; hope you all have the shortest CEC processing time ever.

I have uploaded most of my documents.
I called to make an appointment for Med Exam, but they won't be back until January 3rd. So I guess I cannot upload Med at the moment.

Is anyone planning to submit the application this weekend!?

Cheers,
Amin
I have called five to six medical offices in the last two days in Vancouver areas. Only two of them answered. The earliest I can get is Jan 11th.
Everything else is ready for me. Kinda frustrated to wait for that long.

Relax,
prepare everything else. make nice LOE to whatever might look strange. and upload it bit by bit. Double and tripple check everything, then on 11th you can upload the final piece and do the payment. Unless your WP is expiring in January, there is no worry. And even if, once you get e-APR, you can ask for BOWP. Even if you would submit everyhting this very moment, nobody would open it before January.
Enjoy nice holiday period.

Incorrect.

IRCC cannot (and does not) ask for donor's source of funds. If they started asking for that, there is no end to it. If OP's father got it from their friend, where did that friend get it from and so on... That would be just silly.

Guys, I have complicated case now.

I am at 482 and got ITA in the last draw. And I am visiting my home country in 1st week of Jan, and might get married in that month.

If I get married my score will be 451 (considering spouse no ECA and IELTS) and that means this ITA is not valid anymore for me (as min was 475 in this draw) and I have to wait for another ITA.

If I didn't get married in Jan and in Feb if I complete and submit all my applications, but before getting e-ARP (or AOR) if I married (maybe in March after complete application submitted), will that work? Will that consider that I complete my application and then got married so, I am still valid on this ITA?

What will be the best case for me here, to do?

---------
1. Got ITA on score 482.
2. Didn't submit the application and got married first - the score will be 451 - invalid ITA?
3. Submit application, but before getting AOR - got married - is ITA still valid?
4. Submit application, got e-ARP (or AOR) and then got married - does I have to update my profile and add a spouse to it, In this case, my ITA is still valid?

-------- Please looking for an expert advice -----

Thanks!

Attention,
if you get married and because of that your score will go down, they can disqualify you even after you get your E-APR. At any point until landing they can recheck your application and points against points.
What you can do is following:
1. not to get married until landing and then to get married and sponsor your wife (count additional year or more after that )
2. to get married, but in this case decline ITA.
3. Recheck what score your wife can give you (Languages and education) and if you can still pass the line when calculating as married. But attention, here they might ask for certificates valid at the day of ITA.

Incorrect.

Points will NOT be recalculated if you get married anytime AFTER submitting post ITA application.

And what will be that post ITA application, normally when we get that after submitting application ?

Right, the right approach is for you to get married after you've submitted your eAPR.

So what do you suggest ? Should I just attach my father's affidavit and bank statement to prove transfer of funds ... do you think that would be sufficient? Please reply
