Upload a letter saying you've been invited under CEC and thus, no POF are required.ssiddharthsuresh said:I received my ITA under CEC and wondering what to include in the POF section? Can I leave it blank? I am currently working and I have my current employer's reference letter attached as well. What should I do?
I left it 0 because I think you can't leave it blank (don't remember if it's a required value); got an invitation under CEC category too. Add a LOE and explain that you received an invitation under CEC and do not require to show POF.ssiddharthsuresh said:I received my ITA under CEC and wondering what to include in the POF section? mention that in LOE right ?DelPiero07 said:Upload a letter saying you've been invited under CEC and thus, no POF are required.

I would say no in your case. that rejection was a technical error and at the end was corrected. That question has to do only with the cases where there was normal rejection (where you failed to fullfill requirements). But if you want to you can describe your situation in your LOE.lifein360 said:Hi Guys, before I ask my question, let me preface with some context (posted in another thread too, but in case there are differing views)
Last year I applied for my PGWP, but before May 2015, there was a bug where CIC charged only a partial amount of the total needed (only $155 out of $255). Because of which, all of my friends who applied prior to May 2015 were stuck for a while in implied status. I finally heard back from CIC in November!! 2015 and they said please pay $100 and upload the receipt. I did exactly that and waited and after a week I get a response that my application has been refused because they didn't receive $100. After lot of back and forth with customer agents and case specific enquiries, it took over a month (Jan 2016) for the issue to be fixed. They admitted it was a technical issue on their end where they could not see that I had paid and uploaded the receipt, and subsequently issued PGWP
My question is, does this mean I have to answer YES to the question "Have you ever been refused visa or permit to Canada or any other country" Technically yes, I was, but it was an error on CIC's part which was fixed. What do I do? Say yes and wait for the Schedule A.or Say no and add a letter of explanation?
You have to mention the rejection by answering Yes to relevant question under Statutory Questions, it does not matter whether it was more than 10 years back or less.Escobar Gaviria said:I kinda have the same case.
I was rejected Canadian visa back in 2006. I got admission in a public school, but couldn't join cuz the visa was rejected.
I am FSW EE applicant now and expecting ITA in next couple of months.
Does my 2006 rejection have any impact on my application? or do I even need to mention that, considering it was >10 years ago?
Thanks
