Date and Place of your Last Entry to Canada

Hello,

Could someone please assist me with Q.11 on IMM0008 form.

I went to Buffalo, NY for a one day trip and returned the same day. On my passport the port of entry shows as - Buffalo. So shall i answer this question - CBSA Buffalo or Rainbow Bridge?? Please assist.

"Date and Place of your Last Entry to Canada" - if you entered Canada through Rainbow Bridge, then place of last entry would be "Rainbow Bridge, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada" and then put the date you came back to Canada.

I would put Niagara Falls, Rainbow Bridge and the date you returned in the field.

Thanks so much for your reply. However, i also read that Fort Erie is also the POE near Niagara Falls. I am confused which one to put? Please advise. I came back by Greyhound bus from Buffalo.

That's because the Rainbow Bridge is not the only bridge connecting Canada and the US. Check with Greyhound which bridge the bus crossed
and put that in the form.

Hi,

Usually greyhound crosses thru peace bridge. But just confirm to be on safe side.
