Date and place of last entry to Canada

Hi,

I have a small doubt regarding what I need to fill up for Q 11 on Generic application form.
I came to Canada from India in May 2010 for work on worker visa. However, subsequently I visited US twice on a visitor visa.

Now, my question is, should I write my last entry to Canada as May 2010 or should I write the date at which I entered back into Canada from US visit?

Then, provide the very last date of re-entry to Canada. If your second US visit was the last time you exited Canada, and if you re-entered Canada after that visit, then provide that date of entry along with the point of entry. It's essential to be precise.

It should be your latest entry, which was the entry into Canada when you travelled back from the US after the visit.
