dear sohrab and i have a dream, thanks so much for ur valuable info and input
sohrab, yeah, i know it's a waste of money and not only, waste of time, effort (the forms r even more complicated since 2011); plus we would have high hopes for nothing after a few rejections we learnt that and many advised me that it's useless to keep trying and focus our energy on the sponsorship process
i have a dream i was just curious what was THE PROOF that made them changed their mind and let u visit being still in school (and medicine is not any kind of school) explains it; us here, we have no family, education, land ties; we do have strong work ties but it's not enough (sohrab, even having ur own business might not be enough); it's really case by case

i have a small request for any new member who just started their process and r not in the table yet; if u read this, please come forward and share with us if ur file was transfered to Damascus or somewhere else (even if u asked to be transfered to Damascus); having in mind to apply soon, it would be helpful welcome and good luck to all

I dont really know what made them change their mind and give me the visa that time ... the first time when they refused me was shocking for me because the officer asked me to bring " non-refundable two ways ticket " and then refused me ..the secound time i got more proof of relationship with my wife .. i got photos for my engagement party and all what i can get from the college as proof of my education and that my school starts immidiately after coming back from canada ... thats all ... but truthfully , i felt that they were scared that i will not be coming back from Canada " that what i felt during the interview " ..they gave me a paper and they asked me to hand it to the canadian embassy after i come back

Good morning everyone hope u'll have a week full of good news
i have a dream, yeah exactly, they r too scared that once u arrive u will not leave Canada...this was the only reason we got rejected over and over again...but honestly, i don't blame them, cuz i really don't know how we would cope in case he would be approved...i would b so nice and amazing maybe i won't let him go LOL maybe once we have the sponsorship in process, it would b a better reason, who would let that go to drain and start again inland or something; thanks for ur thoughts u r not new anymore, already double-star good luck!!

also i've noticed that the last persons who got they PPR in this forum are the one who have a december file.
also maybe 2 or 3 persons haven't got their PPR and their file started being treated in november in the embassy...

hey guys I woke up at 5 am because of a text msg from my mom I guess since she landed in Lebanon she forgot there's 7 hrs between us . loll. then I remembered hey it's Sunday!! no ppr . anyway my plane is leaving tonight . so once again tnx for the warm wishes and good luckkkk to alll of you!!

The embassy is open on Sunday, but it looks like that their are no PPR today
