haha im sure not littering really helps the case but yeah you would think all these positive things do matter but it seems its all irrelevant and they just take the same procedure and basically not paying attention to anything else unless there is something wrong then they will give you ATTENTION lol of course its negative attention but hey

damn I should've included the ''no littering'' in my residency questionnaire!! I knew I forgot something.

im wondering why they dont get me my husband ppr?times goes slow for me it is a long time and im still waiting but i can see most of the people get the ppr after 7 month my husbad file past a 11.5 month,and there is nothing wrong in our file they dont want anything of us just they said you have to wait but it is not nice we are husband and wife and we are far from each other almost ayear.
what do u think guys shoul i send an email again or not what can i do plz help me :'(

anyway, i know how terrible this has been for you, but i think you're almost there my friend, just hang on a bit more. and i think you can send them a case specific inquiry since you've passed that 11 month processing time on their website.

ped i agree with vivi. you can send a special case inquiry since it`s been more than 11 months. You never know maybe they lost something. Btw sorry I always thought you were a man sponsoring his wife.

thanx for reply nagz and vivi jan,loooooooooool,my husband name is pedram thats why i choos my user name ped haha funy i know,but actually i talk to my MP and she called to cic and she said to me they waiting for your medical exam and the medical exam take btw 1 to 6 weeks but i already pass 8 weeks and i sent them an email with my tracking number thats shows they got a pedram medical exam after that they send me an email so your husband file is in final reviw stage be pation and if we need a additional information we gonna send you an email.

you know what guys?they lied to me cuz they have my husband midecal test but they said we are waiting when i show them with tracking number they said like that you have to wait but my MP said there is nothing wrong with my file i don know whats happen?

you know honestly I think it really depends on the officer in charge. Maybe some are tougher than others? Because I mean why is it that some people have to wait almost a year while others only 5 months. And like we said they don`t care if you are educated have money or wtv. its just really your criminial background so why would one file differ from another by so much time
