They haven't asked for it yet, but since we knew they were going to ask for it for sure, he emailed them and asked if he could submit it and asked for the file number too.
They replied giving the file number and saying that we are required to send any additional documents only by post. I think they thought we want to send it by email.

so i asked about the person name Omid.G i can see in the chart his proccing time took 14 month,anybody knows him and about his file.why his file tooke the long time in Damascus?
