maybe it is the new rule.(since 2010)..all of my freinds filled it....it is about if ur spouse have house,car,bank account.....and the date of paying the tax that they never asked it in the forms...

EVERY QUESTION is in the form you fill when you send it to Mississauga, there is nothing different, they just twist the question like ASSETS......... if you had assests you had to mention it in the first form..... so nothing is different and taxes means THAT THE SPONSOR LIVES IN CANADA ....... thats all.. the RQ is a joke its nothing serious at all, bunch of question the sponsor ALREADY ANSWERED!

are u sure ??? i mean do you know similar cases ?

if you dont get your ppr in april ... which is tomorrow it means you have to do it again because ppr takes 30-45 days....... so i think you should renew the medical so when they ask you , you have it...

my friend you can take the risk of waiting...... but i think if you dont hear from them by middle of april you should renew and yes i know many cases ...... some of them got it on the last day some of them never got it and they got an email saying PLEASE RENEW YOUR MEDICAL and so on

if u read this forum u will see....sometimes they issue ur visa before ur medical expiration..sometimes ur medical will expire and they ask u for redoing it...

so nothing will mandate them to finilize my papers before my meds will expire?
i sweer to god Im going nuts , do you advice me to contact them regarding this issue?

they will FINALIZE your case no matter what.... but if your medical expires they will ask for it... simple as that

yes u r totally right i think this too because , if u see the time table in the cic website syria have one month delay comparing the last statistics which was 9 months and now it is 10 months ! on the other hand tel Aviv applicants have one month less than the last statistics they are now 8 months ! walahe things are going crazy there !!!!!!!!

yes u r totally right i think this too because , if u see the time table in the cic website syria have one month delay comparing the last statistics which was 9 months and now it is 10 months ! on the other hand tel Aviv applicants have one month less than the last statistics they are now 8 months ! walahe things are going crazy there !!!!!!!!

If you want my opinion Oshosh I think you should e-mail them and ask but all they will probably answer is we will request a new medical if needed.. So maybe you should re-do it now before they ask it like sohrab said... There's nothing that prioritizes files because medical will expire..They don't care that your medical will expire they probably don't even look at these things...

About the RQ questionnaire, my honest opinion is that it is useless and RIDICULOUS . I've lived in Canada my whole life so there is no reason for me to be living outside of Canada now all of a sudden. In 3 lines explain what are your plans for your establishment in Canada. Really are you kidding me ???Does your spouse own a bank account??? We're in 2011 who doesn't have a bank account... Basically this form is just to tell you we have your file ,don't harass us in the meanwhile fill out this crappy useless form. They're just trying to show us that they're doing more work than they actually are. IF other 3rd world countries can get a visa issued to them in 4 months so can we. Too much files to process??? Hire more agents!!!

My husbands medical expired back in the end of January and they still have not ask to redo them. We have decided to wait for them to ask because the dr in syria said it is a different form and if we do redo it now the embassy might take it as a new file. I am going to find out more information here in Kuwait to see if this is correct but right now this is what he was told in Syria. His medical was done in Kuwait while he was visiting, we were getting the papers ready.

i just have a question, they ask us questions like if we have a back account together, or rent, or bills but when he was visiting Canada I tired putting his name on all my stuff and the companies would not let me because he is visiting Canada, i could not add him to anything i have. so how could we show that information. Did anyone have the same problem? I put in our papers but we could only prove that we are together by pics not docs. I had the apartment, the car, the bank account, the bills already before he even came to my life....lol

my friend in tehran just go to DHL meydoon arjantin and then u can send it and no u cant get it tehran, the canadian embassy in tehran doesnt do immigration (sponsorship) , only tourist visa ,study and work

I was told today that if my wife drops it off in Tehran herself at the embassy, they will send it to Damascus for her, and have it ready for pickup in Tehran when it arrives. DHL in Iran is very very shady, like when we sent her supplemental medicals, they claimed to have delivered it but would not provide a signature of recipient, and when they did, it clearly was a fake! If you are going to send anything in Iran using courier avoid DHL, TNT is much better.
