Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Hi my wife best friend that went to Ankara to pick up her visa, has asked the officer why they are taking so long with spouse sponsorship and she also said to them my friend is in pain everynight waiting to see her husband; the officer told her that they are sorry to hear that but they were very busy with alot of visas issuance ( I am thinking Students ) and they will be working on spouse applications soon after New year.
I dont know if he told her that in order to get her off his back or there is some truth into it but I am looking at it with positive energy. ;D ;D

oh babesss....dont worry about it, they asked me for the payment after a year and half...inshallah ull soon get a golden email saying that the only thing missin is the payment...

Guys I haven't paid landing fee, and yet they have not contacted me after having my file in Ankara for 7 months isn't that unusual? I c people being asked for that after only a few months I'm worried

Yeah but things in Damascus was quite different... Some Ankara applicants got landing fee request after only one month I'm tried of them playing with my life, every night I sleep and wake up with these fucking thoughts eating my brain...

hmm..sorry hun, they are doing the same to us too!...but i really hope they start issuing pprs this month, this is ridiculous, they just have us wait for something that doesnt seem to have an end point in sight...good luck inshallah ull hear good news soon.

Hello Friends

I know few immigration consultants whom I talk to them today and one of them had two ppr Jan 2,2013 starting point was March 2012 and the other one was asked for a landing fee ( case was started in June 2012 ) on December 28, 2012.
So these are good points but as you know Ankara will not follow a line from applicants start point.
Canada Immigration can not find a way to fix their Visa Offices.
Hope to see more PPR here.

i was also at a lawyer's office couple of days ago and they had one sponsorship application filed in April 2012 and got the PPR letter on 28 Dec.

I Just got my PPR. The email popup just blew my eyes....
Very happy now!

So my file was received on Oct. 24th 2011. Changed to in-process at may 10th 2012.
This month will be the month for all the long waiters.
