I was just browsing google when I hit this news.

it basically means that they are now more sensitive of the connection between the applicant and the government of Iran .
for example " edarejat dolati , keshvari " and so on.

Mikhan bedunan ke Applicant ba dolate Iran vabestegi nadare ya kar nemikone ehtemalan .


so no worries if your hubby isn't working for the regime .

when have you guys ever heard anything good on the news about iran???? in my opinion it might elongate the immigration process but all in all it will happen eventually...but these are pretty stressful times....not just in regards to our spouses but to our loved ones living in iran...

My wife's medical was expired on Sep04 but in the note says Due date is Nov28/2012. and all i know is they are waiting for the security screening. i wonder why her security screening should take too long because she has never been outside Iran.

This is not a new thing. They have always been checking relations with the government and things like that. The only difference now is that they announced it. The reason is more related to justification of embassy closure.

Good or bad, this is part of our life that we can not do anything about it for now.

I had a conversation with a Pakistani friend few days ago and he always talks about negative news too. No offence or anything but I think this is part of our culture too. We always want to be worried about something that may not even happen.

They can't and will not cancel the spousal sponsorship applications, This is against human rights. It's just the matter of time. "Dir va zood dare ama sookht va sooz nadare"
