oh man these people are retarded, why do they need monday off too, as if they are working so hard and they need an extra day to rest..they dont do much they should not have any days off PERIOD!!! does anyone know if we can fax/email requested copy of medical/and other papers in or does it have to be mailed in????

even if the Holiday falls on Sunday by law they will give day off the following working day; that's for any holiday in Canada and all the offices have to follow

When someone like me or A+M or Kazhal or bahpar has been waiting for 14+ months it seems like forever and yes even one day seems like a big deal for us! Not that we were going to receive PPR on that day or something and now that they're closed we have to wait a month, no. but it is a good feeling to know they are working. You can not even imagine how upset and depressed I am during the weekends when I know there's no way I'm gonna receive something on that day and I wake up on that day with no hope. I'm sorry but I'm sick sick sick of this process knowing that Damascus didn't even touch our files (I know this from the two set of GCMS notes we got) and we waited and lost a whole year for nothing.

you are both right, its not a month, but then why do they need to have a day off to go out and spend quality times with their families while having lots of other suffering..all im saying is they need to think of other people too, people are spending a good 2 years apart of their loved one while they dont even bother replying back to an email..who the hell deserves a day off in such a situation?? vivi sweetheart after almost 17 month i finally got a reply back asking for more documents, thats what this stupid system has come too..i wana say it again i dont mean to be rude to others on the forum but please dont tell me its not like a month, when i have been waiting for 16 month and 3 weeks only to learn after 100s of emails that i need to send in more documents!!anyways vivi no more stresses allowed for you we all know this system is corrupt and its based upon luck and its apparent we have none of that, lets not stress over it too..we cant change anything but pray to god to receive our pprs soon...take care all
