guys i just checked my application, they started processing my application in process on June19. hopefully that's a good sign.

what I did was to email the embassy asking them to use my email ( sponsor) as the correspondence email . I hope it would suffice .

I haven't received any reply yet since 2.5 months ago .

In order for them to use your email, you should introduce yourself as your wife's representative to them, they need her consent and signature for this matter.
If you want them to do all the correspondence with you, you and your wife should fill out this form and sign in and send it to them.

Comma A+M, it's too soon for start of summer holidays, on the other hand, they dont sent off all the employees. We'll receive ppr in near future. Anyway we'd better to wait hopefuly. Wish all, the best.

I was being sarcastic AbdullahJ.... Last summer we did not get a single PPR from June until September. I guess we will see what this summer brings, hopefully more news than last. And yes it is better to be hopeful, but somedays it is hard.

I was being sarcastic AbdullahJ.... Last summer we did not get a single PPR from June until September. I guess we will see what this summer brings, hopefully more news than last. And yes it is better to be hopeful, but somedays it is hard.

i don't get it why all staff working on peoples file all the sudden take vacation for 3 months. that doesn't make sense at all.

I don't think they all took holidays. No one knows for sure why it was so quiet last summer but it coincided with the worsening situation in Syria, which likely resulted in more refugee cases to process and more Canadians needing help from the embassy and summer holidays so less staff. All of these factors played a role in why we did not see PPR last summer. Turkey will likely be different this summer. The thing about this process is how unpredictable it is. We really don't know what will happen. We either keep hopeful or go crazy waiting

interesting, they did it last yr based on the factors u point out. but i highly doubt if Ankara VO staff do the same thing this summer. i wish all of us end this damn process fast.

How can that be possible? Last summer, Damascus was responsible for our files. Maybe it was like that in Damascus.

That was DAMASCUS, I am sure that Ankara will be different. Different VO and different circumstances. And they have lots of catch up to do with all the damascus/tehran applications being transferred over so i am sure they will keep working to clear up backlog instead of piling it higher. God willing we will all see the golden SOON!

Dear vivi

now I 'm worried , I canceled my immigration representative while ago and same time I emailed Ankara about the email of correspondence .

I also do not know if my agent gave them my wife's email . What if I send them another email giving my wife's new email address. wouldn't that be a better idea?
