The B number is the old system this is why maybe its not working. The F number is the new system. This is what my mp told me few month ago. CIC change their system a while ago this is why!

I have a simple question about the e-case, I have two numbers one starts with F and the second starts with B. Which one should we use?

When I put the B number it gives me (We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: ...)
but the F gives me that my application is received ...
what does that mean???
