My e-cas was updated directly after the visa was issued..This is what it says:We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2011.
We started processing your application on May 11, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
If urs says that medicals received ya3ni akid soon u'll receive ur visa

I have a simple question about the e-case, I have two numbers one starts with F and the second starts with B. Which one should we use?
When I put the B number it gives me (We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: ...)
but the F gives me that my application is received ...
what does that mean???
