waw :) congratulation for you and your wife :),
that means they are issuing visas from now not after 2 weeks in April

good job Ankara,

what is up Beirut >:( you make me upset >:( why you are so lazy!!!!

guys dont get confused, no VO is faster than another; every case varries, everyone's application is different, every CIC agent is different, every CIC has his own discretion, and so and so on

in the end of the day, they are all Canadians that working on our file. Just be patient and the time will come. Again, no one should say things like "i've waited longer than person x and he got his before me" So pray to Allah (swt) and insha'Allah we will hear good news!

I hope that helped :)

Be postive. There must be a reason for delay. Maybe training or other proccesses. The delay should be intentional

as are government say (shayad in jomee biyayad IOI)

On my account I have the following

We received xxxx xxxxx application for permanent residence on December 21, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

Where it says medical results have been recieved does that mean anything? When should I inquire about my application status?

Called the embassy in Beirut, and on the answering machine it says that they are only open Monday-Thursday and Saturday until 1:30 PM :) Just thought i'd share :D Have a good weekend everyone :)

do you talk with someone from the embassy???

its just mean that the embassy receive the result of your medical. You are at the begining of this process so its mean nothing. You dont have to inquire.

Guys I have a question,

In Damascus an officers they used to process our file and take decision, now what if in Lebanon other officers take another decision...?

No, it's not possible; because officers don't make decisions on our applications on their own thoughts!
The decisions depend on the Immigration REGULATIONS as well as LAWS.
