I sent all documents by Mail from Canada Post with Xpress, but unfortunately I find today that package return back to my address!! I ask Canada post about that, they just say shipping to Syria is suspended! Also shipping with FedEX is suspended to Syria, so I will try with DHL tomorrow!

Wow! OK... My letter is stuck in Damascus since sept 22...maybe they will sent it back to me!

Hello every one,
I got the answer about redoing the medical exams from the embassy directly
Indeed, yesterday we recieved the RQ, Immediatly we filled it and sent it by email to the embassy together with 2 other documents. In the e-mail we asked them if my wife has to redo the medical exams or not (as she is already in Canada), and that she is pregnant and can not do radiography before december end. And Guess what happened.
This morning (8.00), a lady from the embassy called and she talked to my wife. She told her, that she tried the maximum to approove the visa before the 25 of october (expiry date of medical exams) but she couldnt and she has to redo them but after the delivery date.
So we have to wait until january, and then (according to the lady) by the end of february she will have the visa.
Few minutes later we recieved an email from them I hope bilal can translate it for the non french reader :

Veuillez prendre note que nous avons bien reçu des documents demandés. Nous attendons les résultats de la vérification sécuritaire pour passer à la prochaine étape du traitement. Nous ne pouvons pas finaliser l'étude de votre dossier avant le 25 octobre 2011 la date d'expiration de l'examen médical.
Veuillez vous soumettre à un nouvel examen médical. Vous pouvez visiter l'un de nos médecins désignés pour passer cet examen médical. Une fois cela fait, prière nous envoyer une copie du bordereau médical vert (IMM1017 rapport médical – Section A ) soit par courrier ou scanné par courriel.
Nous vous prions d'agréer, Madame, l'expression de nos sentiments distingués.

My wife filled the document, then we scaned it and sent it by e-mail. I was about to send it by post but they were faster, they aknowldged their receipt the next day. Moreover, the lady on the phone told that we can scan the green document of Medical exams and send it by e-mail. She told to my wife if you dont do so we will not know before 2 months that you have redone the exams.

I tried to convince the employee there that I can't have a contact name from embassy, it is just visa section with P.O.Box number, but no way!!

koumail where are u living?? my husband sends all documents via DHL and nobody ever asked him for contact name in the embassy.. we also receive confirmation with the persons name at the embassy that signed for the document.

im sure that this employee doesn't know what the heck he is doing becoz 5days ago i sent with dhl some papers and they didnt ask me for any contact
