I got the client ID from CIC, but the immigration file number (second file number) I got it by email from Damascus. They only send it to me once I sent them an email inquiring about my wife's application. Ur good, dont worry.
In regards to the RQ....It is very stupid form....they ask you the same questions as in the sponsorship application.....I guess they are too lazy to look up the answers you provided. I pasted for you the RQ.
