the only way to get your file number is to contact CIC and ask them, for example everyone here got their file number a couple of months after they applied by emailing the visa office which is ankara, try contacting CIC or email ankara, when they reply they will include the file number, but there is no need for the file number , my wife did her medical 2 times and she didnt give her file number, i know MANY people here who also didnt HAVE their file numbers when they did medical, its not needed,
