oh really? it was in his forms, hmm thats interesting, but its not only 2010 , when i was in damascus RQ forms were being sent out left and right, i know many people who did it in 2011 as well as a few people in this forum, i remember mikey got the actual PAPER form in the mail since he didnt include an email address with his file, but anyways RQ isnt for all Visa offices, i was discussing this with my mp a few months ago and he didnt know what it was, all these years working for CIC i didnt even know what RQ is lol, its not a big deal, its just a 9 question form asking what you have been doing SINCE you applied for sponsorship, did you see your spouse since you applied, did you file your taxes, and what plans does that person being sponsored have when they arrive, it doesnt change anything , its a useless form, i remember they told us in damascus they used it to see if a marriage is legit and how desperate is the case, for example a person who goes to see their spouse like 5 times during the process isnt exactly desperate, but honestly from what i found out it was to buy time, and they only sent it to middle eastern couples, because of SO MUCH marriage fraud
i remember when i joined this forum, people were getting the RQ like 4 months after they applied and some 9 months , some got PPR right AFTER rq was sent, some waited 2 3 4 months, but not more than the 10 month deadline,
anyways i dont know if ankara has the same process but i know its not for all offices
