who knows dear..... if we look at it positively we can say MOST of the hardship is done, the little bit left is nothing comparing to the beginning of the processlele said:Hi Sohrab919, you and your wife have waited for the same time like us,
19 month have passed since last time I have seen my Husband, looooooooong looooooong time have passed realy long time,
I do not know how much time still,
is it God ordered! sure not it is canadian ordered
No Laleh_d my application in process since 12 month and 2 weeks.laleh_d said:Have you been waiting for your application to be processed for 19 months? Oh my god that is such a long time. Is there any specific reason that your application took longer than normal?
that seems more logical ;Dsiavashf said:Na Laleh jan,
He hasn't seen his wife due to his busy schedule even before filing the application. He has waited around 11 months so far.
Sohrab , I want to apply for visit visa ,do I?sohrab919 said:who knows dear..... if we look at it positively we can say MOST of the hardship is done, the little bit left is nothing comparing to the beginning of the process
Hi lele how you doing? I am just wondering is your husband the sponsor? I mean is he in Canada and your are in Iran? or the opposite ?lele said:No Laleh_d my application in process since 12 month and 2 weeks.
but I haven't seen my husband since 19 month.
I hope everyone got PR, and no one wait for that time like us.
if they transfer the file to turkey that will be good for you, you will got PR faster, good luck for you.
honestly at this moment i think the best option is to wait, the situation is really messed up and complicated, not to mention UNORGANIZED!samira12 said:Sohrab , I want to apply for visit visa ,do I?

sohrab jansohrab919 said:to be honest i am in of those situations right now that i have to see it to believe it, in the last 11 months that my file was in damascus, we heard so much false news, so many rumors, and at the end of the day the files were still in damascus, i was talking to a co worker and he was like wait till they officially announce it then be worried or make decisions, its the last week of January so i guess we will know when February rolls around

u've been waiting for 6 months now. Saying you apply for the tourist visa by the end of Bahman, it takes another 4 months for them till they issue u the visa.... by that time 11 months of the process is gone....Don't you think u'll get pr visa before the tourist visa under this scenario??
honestly its really a weird situation, i mean our friend called the embassy and they gave so much info, they even said we didnt issue visa because we are packing , that doesnt make any sense, because i know for a fact there was a lineup outside the embassy last week mostly iranians and lebanese waiting to pick up visas, i dont know what they packed when they are issuing visas, even the fact they are answering the phone and giving out information is weird, honestly im as confused as everyone, but anyways if they do transfer the files then it wont take long at all, they have TWICE as much staff in turkey than in damascus, so they can handle any load of work, the only difficult thing can be for people whos files have already been processed and are waiting for PPR or interview results, that can be SLIGHTLY delayed but i DOUBT anything major, faridzad said:sohrab jan
do you believe in transfer our files to another embassy ...as you told us , there is no need to announcement till now ..\
it's so important for me , what's your idea aboutthis matter..for example or file will finalize in Ankara..you think that how long does it take for sorting all files and executive program for files ?
kheily sakhe laleh jan, very very difficult, we had people apply from this forum, some were lucky and got it, but MANY were rejected, its just that the officer interviewing your husband is going to be like , ok your going to canada in 10 months when you ger Permanent resident, so why are you going now? whats the hurry? they can be very avazi haha , i dont remember who it was but she was about to give birth and they still rejected the husband for visa , they said you couldnt PROVE youre going to come back when the visa expires, its luck .... thats the best i can saylaleh_d said:Siavash Jan,
Do you think they give tourist Visa to sponsorship applicants? I have recently sent the application to sponsor my husband in Iran. It will probably take us close to or more than a year. I've heard that they won't give tourist Visas to applicants. If they do I can send an invitation letter for my husband and have him visit me in Canada while we are waiting. Do you know if they would grant tourist visas easily?
oh lele sorry I didn't know where are from, benign mistake ;D lele I feel sorry for you,how you didn't see your husband since 19months,its long time,I wish you meet him very soon.lele said:Hi Nenan,

im not even thinking about that, i just want to see with my own eyes a statement or something that says embassy is closed or whatever, i think the ambassador should be gone already if they are closing it next week but he isnt gone so..........
