I call the embassy 5 min ago ask about my file they told they cannot give info on phone. I now they will told me that but I was just trying. They tomd me only be e-mail or fax. I ask about the process time they told me its between 11 to 14 month. When I call 2 weeks ago the lady told me 9 to 12 month. I have a feelling that they just say number just like that to hung up the phone.

yes they e mail u wrong info on processing time on anything just to mess u up ...dont bother asking so much it will happen on its own ...good luck

They don't take responsibility relevant our situation and therefore easily can say some thing.
