Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Wallaaa this situation is piss off!!! Like nobody know what's going. On different information E-case doesn't tell u nothing embassy doesn't reply to ur request or email !!! Simply we want to know what's going on with our applications!!! Today my mp said it could b 18 month what the hello really I hope he is wrong but this is crazy

Ur right about this lengthy process, it is non sense. I am not sure why the hell those guys are not working on our files. We got 3 pprs in 3 weeks, I dint think this is enough.

For the processing time, if I were you I will not believe it. No one knows what is the update going to look like. If the update showed 18 month that doesn't mean he was right.

chief we are maybe 150 out of hundred thousand so i dont think its just 3 ppr in 3 weeks not everybody is on this forum

I agree Mr Bou ...this is the second time someone is bieng told 18 months ...this is freaking me out it better be less then 13 or else im packing and leaving and ill live in syria under the gun shots and bombs and not live without my husband for that long !!!!!!!!!!!!L3AMMAAAAAAAAAA

well actually it is not hundred of thousands, last year (1 july 2010-30 june 2011) the exact number of partner & spouse cases processed in damascus has been 1213 cases.

20% processed in 7 months or less,
50% processed in 9 months or less,
80% processed in 13 months or less.

in the next quarterly update the processing time for damascus will remain the same, 13 months for 80% of last year's applications.

now, I "proved" my point......My self, I dont trust MP's with cases that is being processed outside Canada. I feel the give the same info to every one, thats just me....18 months did not seem right number to me

I think mr bous file is in the normal processing time up until now because its in process since dec 6th which is under 13 months but kamal no idea poor him 3anjad I feel so sorry for him and his wife :-( and really hope they get PPR soon inshallah as well for all the rest of us.
