they conduct a background check at their discretion, there isnt an exact time of when, RQ has nothing to do with that though

Thanks everybody.... i have a question i want to send my mother in law to damascus to send the passport can she give it in person and collect it or my wife has to go and i dont want to send my wife because of ,my daughter.

Yes she can do it, all she have to do is to write a letter authorizing your mother to drop and pickup the passport from the embassy.

Thanks for the reply....My MP told e that they are conducting the reference check, but they have not received the medical results...my wife did the medical exam in October 2010, doesnt it sound fishy?

if they are the doing the background check does it mean i am close to the end of this process?
