Dude, don't lose hope in receiving PPR. Sooner or later it will happen. You are now living with your wife, and this is the most important thing. After all, I myself wish I had never come to Canada. Why I am now here and keep staying are different issues. I always said that the second time I was returning to CA, I felt the same as if I was going to Qom! I just wanna tell you sometimes we are struggling to reach something which may not worth such suffering effort.
BTW, I do not want to predict anything, but when Kazhal got PPRed, I saw you as the next PPRed one. Looking carefully, you can see that your in-process duration in Ankara is very similar to Kazhal's. So, nowadays, your hope should start thriving again...

Finally my good news is here too
I see so many ppl got PPR today! My husband got his email this morning (Canada time)
I was still in bed when he called me, and because of the strange timing of his call I knew he has good news for me
I am so happy now!
I hope everybody else get their email some time soon.

i think they meant 16 month after you apply at the first stage i dont know
