So many pics, chats, emails, many trips together to Europe, financial support and I mean everything.... And now they just say we are not satisfied...... Canada and many other countries just want to look good in the headlines and in front of all other countries.. thats why they claim they care about Human Rights... but they dont... honestly if they dont believe u fine... or lets say they believe ur situation...the least they could do if grant your partner a ppr with limitations like he cant leave canada for 5 years and they will come check up on your relationship for the next 10 years.. and if u are not together than they will deport him... honestly thats the least they could do...but they just reject.... vaghan one day this karma will hit them back azizam...

don't worry Erina jan. everything will be okay and you will eventually be with your partner. diro zod dare sokhto soz nadare...
don't even think about their refusal now. just try relaxing for a few days or a while. then start thinking what will be the best action you can take to bring your partner here. i'm not sure but consider getting married in Iran then applying again. maybe they just want the formal docs especially since in Iran people do get married quickly as opposed to Canada.

remember you're very strong and this news is not even that big of a deal. CIC is NOTHING
relax, chill then start the next step fresh.
btw keep in mind we're always here to help

Still we are all in one boat, we don't know each other, but i think we are all fiends now, you should put all your energy on this to get what you want, this is your right, and you get it, i agree with dear toronto, diro zod dare, and yes ! dir shode !! but still you have days and days in front , and don't leave this forum, you should update us, and we help as much as we can to go through this process again, dont stop emailing them, call them, take a lawyer , do everything you should do, we support you here in this virtual world, and if we can in the real world, if you are in Toronto, we can see each other and think about what should we do together, hatman hekmati boode,

Guys...I received an email from my MP finally...he gave me some updates...he said that my husband file is in background check, but the file is due Feb for final decision...and he asked me to contact him early march if I didn't hear anything back from them...

Dear Erina, I cannot explain how hurtful and shocking it was hearing you've been refused. If you wanna re-apply, consider that you should usually change a major point in your case.

Thanks a lot Cyrus...I hope so...he mentioned that the background checks take time bc they are not done by CIC, so they don't have any control over them...
My husband file went into process since June 15, 2012.
