Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Hey everyone,

I will be going to Ankara on 20th of January. The cost is ~800 toman for a 3 day tour to Ankara.
Since a few people have got their PPRs, I'm more than happy to take their passports. Everyone will save some money this way. I already have another passport to take with me.
I'm sure since then, a few more people will have their Visas too.

Please share your plan and timeline, we can arrange this and save everyone some money...

im in iran right now with my lovely wife and im gonna be here until end of this week. she will come 2 canada soon maybe next month or so.
this is my timeline: I applied for my wife on Sep26,2011, got sponsorship approval on nov29,2011 and her file was transfered to Anakara VO on March14,2012.

BTW Arsha veryyy congrats 2 u.
MediGol, niloo, Kazkal, mehdiR and others finally we got it. hopefully u guys get it very soon.

Best would be if it comes after midnight in Tehran's time, then you'd wake him up with ppr news Personally I always loved someone wake me up for some good news lol

thanks kazhal jan im soo happy that me and my wife got this good news 2gether. we've been waiting 4 this news 4 almost 15 months. despite that i hate this damn immigration process but at the end thanks GOd that we got this golden email.

It's been few weeks that the Embassy of Canada in Ankara asks for the people that are passport requested to show up in person. I.e., no authorized organization/persons can do it any more. ** THIS NEW POLICY WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THEIR PASSPORT REQUEST EMAIL ** My wife and I wanted to authorize some agencies to take her passport and get the visa, they informed us about the new policy the VO is following. I'm not even sure if it's only for Iranians, but I heard some passports were lost and never returned to their owners and the wave of complains towards the VO in Ankara led to this decision.

It maybe something temporary. Beware regardless! There are always people that can misuse your passport and make good money out of it (illegally, of course).

Congrats to all passport requested people and good luck to the rest of you for an end to the waiting period ...

O,tnx, I'm going to ask something about this. I wanna ask can someone post the passport for example with DHL or not?
because I just heard it's better to give the passport to some lawyers office, they had someone to go once a week and pick up visas.

thanks bro. i know its the best time 2 get this good news. i just called agencies 4 the flight ticket. they say it's around 3,000,000-3,300,000 tuman. ur lucky that u booked it already.

good luck bro. However ; I call myself lucky if we receive PPR in the next 4 to 5 weeks. otherwise I 'd have to postpone and pay another 1600000/ passenger stupid rules
