I also believe in what A+M said, they have never asked for redoing police clearance. As far as your medical test is valid, it is fine. Hopefully they perform the background check quickly and cheer you up very soon. Btw, we would be glad if you provide us with your application date and I can add it to the chart.

lets look at it more critically:
During the last week Ankara has changed many cases to "In Process" and stopped sending pprs. Maybe it is a sign that Ankara VO has become very crowded (Considering the long queues our friends reported from Ankara as well as augmentation in number of TOURIST visa in SUMMER, it makes sense). Still, the immigration department can not stop working, so instead of finalizing in-hand files, they start some new ones parallelly and update the ECASes!!! Maybe they are sending pprs more slowly now to let the office less crowded and then go back to that speedy pace! :-\

Well, these were only assumptions... Whether they are correct or not, I deeply hope this awkward situation ends for everyone soon... sooner than making us frustrated! :-[

Your info was added before hon, Btw, now I added the processing date as well. The chart is available in a tinyurl link in my signature

I also added a new column to the chart which shows if E-CAS is "in Process" or not. You can tell me the date of update so we can check what s going on more vividly. 8)
