As for the Bou's, they may or may not have received theirs, but the one thing that is for sure, is that they stopped posting here because of the behaviour of some of the people in the last few months of 2011, as you will notice if you go back to their old posts.

Yes guys I am still here following your news.
Nothing new in our application. My wife is still in Canada with a student visa and my twins were born here last december.
I dont even know if our file is in beirut or lost somewhere. I ve sent may emails to beirut VO but they didnt answer me.
We went last month to Lebanon and we were hoping to bring the visa with us. I Think VO beirut is not very active

I'm not sure about this, but I have heard this from a couple different people, please correct me or if you have any other information please let me know your thoughts.

I have heard that these spousal applications are and should be processed quicker than other applications because by-law its illegal to keep a couple away from each other for such a long period of time, due to many reasons.

This so called "fiance" application used to be processed within 3-6 months altogether, I dont understand why it takes just 90 days for just part 1 to be completed, and thats if we are lucky.

Has anyone else heard about this law about not keeping spouses away from each other for a long period of time as well??

please let me know your thoughts or any information you may have please...

i know many people have been waiting for a LOOOONG time... its very hard.. is there anything we can do?? legally they shouldnt keep us away from our spouses namardie
