I think pp stands for passport. Actually I changed my passport a few months ago but didn't notify them.

AS I KNOW IT IS NECESSARY TO INFORM THEM IF YOU RENEW YOUR PASSPORT. YOU CAN CHECK THIS ISSUE WITH YOUR LAWYER!

NO I DO NOT MEAN POLICE CLEARANCE. ACTUALLY I RENEWED IT TOO BUT I DID NOT SEND A COPY OF IT TO THEM.

I CHECKED IN PREVIOUS APPLICANT'S NOTES AND I FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE REQUESTED FOR RENEWED POLICE CLEARANCE SOMETIMES. AS YOU KNOW THERE IS NO CLEAR SITUATION.

so we should get a police clearance in case right?
I got a question ? I just paid the RPRF online and printed the receipt , filled it out with my wife's( applicant) info, sent it to CPC mississauga ,
now I know I should send a copy to Ankara as well, however should I send it Via Fax , Or email them . Do I need to send a cover letter with it? I've read somewhere that the VO's don't open the attachments, Is that true ?

Regarding the police clearance I encourage u to do so. There is no harm in having that in ur pocket, and in case they ask for it u can provide them with it right away.
Ur second question, I have no clue since that part was completely done by my lawyer. Having said that, there R many ppl in this forum who have taken all the steps themselves. U can ask it from missmini, A+M, Arezou...

IF YOU MENTION IN YOUR EMAIL THAT THERE IS AN ATTACHED FILE I THINK THEY WILL CONSIDER. YOU CAN TRY ONE TIME.

AT LEAST THEY GAVE SOME REACTION AND RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AFTER 40 DAYS AND INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE NOTED THE CHANGES! GOOD SIGN!

I heard the same thing from my lawyer. It seems that police clearance is only valid for 3 months; however, I'm not sure about that.

I ONLY INFORMED THEM ABOUT RENEWING MY PASSPORT AND ALSO MY MEDICAL. AND NOW AFTER 40 DAYS THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE NOTE THAT!
