Damascus and ECAS

What is it with Damascus? They refuse to update anything on ECAS. For example they request supplemental medicals, but mention nothing on whether they were received the results when my wife sent her results back in (thank god we tracked the package or else we would be in the dark). Since our file left CPC Mississauga we haven't heard anything or seen an update while others who applied in September and had files forwarded to Damascus like us are now getting PPR and even landing! When contacting them is almost as useless as checking ECAS.

Anyone else having issues with Damascus visa office?

Hmmm that doesn't sound too shocking.

As for me my file has only been sent to Damascus since dec 21 I haven't heard anything since but I'm pretty sure it will be a long while from now as half th people dealing with Damascus take forever.

I hate waiting... So long anyways!!

It's really odd. Some have already gotten PPR and even landed. I know that others have waited over a year, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the whole process with them.
