Yes , I have sent them an email 3 weeks ago to notify them that I am going back to Iran and reminded them regarding to the expiry of my wife's medical , but they never replied to that e-mail.

Just click on Quote bottom on the last table that has been posted ,then delete the first and last line and then do whatever modification you need. Good Luck

So how they told you the file number ?

That is a letter comes in mail ( not e-mail ) and it comes from Damascus mentioning that they have received your application and it shows the file number.

To be in safe side make sure you have AOR letter , the print out of Passport request email, one additional ID and copy of it , your passport and photos. Do not forget to check the visa and make sure everything is correct before leaving the embassy when you pick up the visa. Good Luck
