Hello Members,
Pardon this mundane query. I have indeed searched for similar questions, but would appreciate your input, regardless of the information, already found.
My Dad was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, in 1919. He then lived in Canada before moving to the USA, sometime after WWII (he flew a Spitfire for the RAF). My mom was a US citizen. They married in WA state, 1952, and I was born in the US, 1961. Both parents are now gone. I have distant family that currently reside in Canada and are Canadian Citizens.
It appears, from what I've read, that I may claim Canadian Citizenship, due to my Dad being born in Canada. Does this sound correct?
Thank you....
