Will it effect Issuing Visa? As i have gave my passport for stamping. Very much tensed right now..

The only thing I have learned so far about this is, lesser the diplomats more processing times. It's an actually wise decision to walk away rather than counting on the government to resolve geopoltical - diplomatic issues, I might just wait a month more, otherwise applying to study in canada in contemporary circumstances is nothing but a waste of time.

And you've managed to gather this insight over the course of the 6 days it's been in effect?

And as a side note, diplomats don't generally process temporary resident visas....they have "people" to do that.

There was already increasing processing times from India to try to crack down on non-genuine visitors, asylum seekers, etc. so tough to say if and what impact there will be on processing. Demand could also go down which also would impact processing times.
