HI,

I am currently living in H1b in USA , origin from India. I am willing to apply for canadian PR in 2015. I have taken my IELTS and have a valid score.
Can any one please suggest me the approx time taken currently to issue the PR by canadian government.

FSW2014 is fast tracked, so will get in 6mnths to 1 year...

Express entry will begin in Jan 2015. That is when you will be able to apply. BUT, who qualifies for that program is still not clear. So you will have to wait for more information from CIC on that.

i have heard that once the application is received by the CAD Govt then it takes normally 3-4 months to get a file number by them. is it true?
