Hi,

It's a bit confusing.... are you the applicant or the sister who lives in Canada?
funds shown as cash 5 lakhs in my account and 4 lakhs in my husband
Whose bank accounts are these? The TRV applicant's accounts in India?

Based on the posts, the person applying has family ties, agriculture income, no employment, no finances, no previous travel history.

Changing the duration of intended visit from 6 months to 1 month would seem quite odd.... almost a red flag.... especially as your sister has no real ties to India, no employment or children to return to which would've meant a shorter visit.

IMO your sister must wait for a few months before she reapplies..... unless she can prove a really convincing must-return-by-XX date reason in the short future.

When she reapplies:
Family ties: Marriage certificate + evidence of her/her husband live at the same address + evidence that he will not accompany her due to work commitments

The Invitation Letter must be only for your sister, it must not include her husband if he is not applying.

Agriculture: Proofs of land ownership translated into English by a certified translator + CA evaluation as per current market rates + Income Tax Returns for the last 2-3 years + Form J + documents from Land Assessment and local village authorities

Can she prove she earns XX income from agriculture?
Can she prove that she is required to take care of the agriculture land or she must return by XX date for the sowing/harvesting season?

Finances: If she does not have any finances then her husband must open a joint bank account/sole bank account in your sister's name + cheque/bank transfer money from his account to her account + give an explanation for this + Letter of Financial Support for her visit

Cheers

Hello Bryaana
I wanted to apply for a TRV. And I have also filed or a spousal visa in the month of the January 2016 for which I have not got any AOR yet. I wanted to visit my husband who is a citizen of canada and staying with his parents. I wanted to visit him for 2 weeks. We wanted to travel to Alaska together as I also have a US visa. I am a lecturer in college since 9 months and my salary is given to me in form of cash which I deposit in my bank evey month. My job letter states that I am being given salary in form of cash. Will this make an issue??

Also I have investments in my name of almost 40000$ CAD but I do not have any asset in my name as I am staying with my parents. My parents are doctors and they aren't dependent on me for anything.

I have a good travel history as well

Can you please guide me what should I do to make my case strong and show strong ties ??
