You can apply anytime after the refusal.... the key thing is to ensure that you address the reasons for refusal before you reapply.... it helps if your personal/professional circumstances have changed. Also, do not reapply with the exact same documentation as earlier

length of stay i mentioned as 6 months ,now i will reduce to 1 month ..will it help

purpose of visit family -- i didnt attached iternary ticket for canada and day to day iternary now i will include ticket iternary and day to day iternary

financial status -- i atteched property document which is in telugu--now i will translate in english and do property evaluation from a chartted accountant

travel history -- this i cannot address why because its the first travel outside country

can you please help with your suggestions to get approved this time

Are you employed or have a business?
Do you live with immediate family who are dependent on you?
Do you have financial investments like FDs, RDs, shares, mutual funds, EPF, PPF, LIC, etc?
How much funds did you show for your visit? Did you borrow any of this money?
What is the purpose of your visit to Canada? Did someone invite you?

i am applying for my sister,currently i am in canada on PR status both me and my husband,i am not working .

no employment for my sister and her husband work IBM and he is not accompying her for visiting canada

yes her husband will stay in india

no financial investements ,but have assest which cost around 1 to 2 crores

funds shown as cash 5 lakhs in my account and 4 lakhs in my husband and 12,000$ in my brother-in-law who is host from canada

family visit ,my sister and brother -in law invited

2. When you say assets, do you mean property? If yes, is this property on your sister's name or even jointly owned with her husband?
3. Does your sister have a joint bank account/joint finances with her husband?
4. Does she have any other commitments or responsibilities to return to?
