ACTUALLY,
I SENT MY APPLICATION TO MIDI THIS MONTH 11 MARCH....MIDI DIDN'T CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD YET....ARE THEY PEOPLE CHARGE THE FEES WHEN THEY ISSUE THE CSQ OR BEFORE?? IS ANYONE KNOW PLEASE REPLY ME..???

MIDI charged CC on 12-3-15, I think they charge when they open your file for processing.

Hi everyone
Can Anyone answer this please... My husband applied for inland sponsorship in Quebec. I received both open workpermit case 27, and CSQ on the basis of "that" error mail by CIC(27-2-15). Now the question is, can I enroll for full time French language course offered by Quebec Govt. on the basis of these 2 docs only.

Fees and payment methods

Fees in effect since January 1, 2015
Number of sponsored persons = Fee
1 person = C$272
2 people = C$381 ($272 + $109)
3 people = C$490 ($272 + $109 +$109)

You must allow for $272 for the first sponsored person and $109 for each additional person. If you are only sponsoring minor children, and if you must complete a sponsorship application for each child, you will pay $272 for the first sponsored child, and $109 for each additional child.

Example:
First child: $272 plus 2 children ($109 + $109 = $218) = $490

11 march i sent a request to MIDI for CSQ on Behalf of CIC 27th feb error letter. Today i got a letter from MIDI and they asking for correct letter from CIC. Now i am in waiting list ..So guys can someone tell me what to do????
I am totally confused ......if same thing happened with someone Plz tell me ?????????

i sent a request to MIDI for CSQ on Behalf of CIC 27th feb error letter.

The sponsor should be checking and double-checking his/her email inbox (and spam filter) for the CORRECT letter from CIC that is NOT dated the 26th or 27th of February (the CIC error dates).

If you cannot find one, I suggest that Canadian sponsor contact their MP (Member of Parliament) to see if they can get an update due to the confusion/mix-up with the CIC Feb 26-27 error.

My letter (first page of this thread) shows what my correct letter looks like for Outland.

madreza.m, I am not sure I understand your 2 posts.

First you said that you received CSQ, however it was based on the "27.02.2015 error" okay.

Then you quoted the post from canadianleaf1024 which is NOT the same thing as what you wrote. canadianleaf1024 was told by MIDI to send MIDI the correct CIC letter, not the 27.02.2015 error. canadianleaf1024 did not get CSQ. You said you got CSQ.

So do you have CSQ or do you have a request from MIDI for the correct CIC letter?

If you received CSQ but are worried that it is invalid due to the 27.02.2015 error, I suggest that you contact CIC (there should be an email contact in one of the last emails you got from CIC that has the contact email for your visa office) and ask for clarification. It's possible that CIC will tell you to just send it, maybe CIC and MIDI communicated internally due to the CIC error and they got it sorted out internally.

Emailing your visa office (instructions should be in a previous CIC letter) should help clarify if you can use the CSQ you received.

Yes I received my CSQ 4 days ago.
Regarding to what you suggest, I don't have any specific email address to contact the right person at CIC. When I called the general immigration office (CIC's Call Centre), they said we had this error in 26,27 Feb. The person that I talked had no idea what should I do with my CSQ, he said I should contact MIDI. He didn't even ask or let me to give my file number to check the status.

The only email address that I have is the one that they send to my fiance (sponsor) the correspondence emails, and they mentioned Do not reply to this email. You will not receive a response. !!!

Has anyone got the CSQ based on the errorneous email from CIC?

I had applied for CSQ based on the email on Feb 27th and i was issued with the CSQ.
However, there was another email on March 13th that the previous email was sent due to error; by this time my CSQ application was already sent and being processed by MIDI.

Now that CSQ has already been issued, Can anyone tell me what needs to be done, as next step?
