We called them today too, they charged our credit card on Feb 7, but they didn't send mail to us and didn't explain details about that.

I have called MIFI this morning. The agent said my application has been approved last week and I should received the CSQ in the next few days. My application was submitted on Sep 13th and the AOR is Sep 24th.
Just called MIFI, it was approved 3 days ago so should be in the mail soon

Congratulations @smallcoffee . Quick question when you call MIFI do they just ask the UCI or application number to fecth the details from their side ?
is there a specific link where i could read about the fee to be paid.i wann make sure the amount cause im applying this month of february.thank you
