called them today they have my file but it seems that there was an issue with mail ,
can you please tell me whats your time table ? and which visa office ? thanks

We called them today too, they charged our credit card on Feb 7, but they didn't send mail to us and didn't explain details about that.

I have called MIFI this morning. The agent said my application has been approved last week and I should received the CSQ in the next few days. My application was submitted on Sep 13th and the AOR is Sep 24th.
