CSQ application: What docs are required for spouse?

This seems to be a bit confusing:

In the list of forms and docs to send for CSQ they only as for application for spouse and CV of spouse if applicable.

Any idea if we also need to send docs for spouse such as:

Work certificates, Educational diploma/degree certificate and transcripts?

I have already replied in a separate thread. You must send CSQ application form for your spouse as well, in addition to educational certificates/transcripts. If your spouse is working , then please include work certificates.

I have already sent my application and also received the acknowledgement without the work certificates and educational docs for my spouse.

Is it possible for me to send these docs NOW, before they open my application?

If you have the file number,then you can send additional documents.
