CSQ with Spouse & Verification

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask two questions, as I currently reside in Canada on a temporary permit (Student) and I just applied for my CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate). My questions are

1. What is the best way to add spouse into the CSQ application, as I am getting married in coming months? Should I wait to get my CSQ first and once I get it, should I send it for revision to add my spouse afterward or should I add it in between?
2. What are the estimated time and consequences of adding spouse after I receive my CSQ?
3. What sort of documents of verification do they usually ask to check the authenticity of the Marriage?. Is marriage certificate enough and they ask for anything else (Keeping in mind Pakistan as my home country).
4. What is the total time frame of Permanent Residency (Quebec & Federal) I should look if I add my spouse after I get and CSQ?
