I inquired about the status of my application on the 6th month, then got PPR the next morning

Hi @DelPiero07, we have our EE application in progress wherein my wife is PA and she works as a Professor in a University.

As per the Work Exp. letter of her which we submitted in our application , it had details of her role, salary, benefits, working hours etc. and for the job duties it was mentioned by her employer - " As per university norms she is conducting all the responsibilities" but didn't define it categorically.

Looking at the GCMS notes which we got yesterday, the officer on 2018/06/13 has stated : A 11.2 CASE PROCESS AGENT - DECISION : NOT MET FSW MEC = NOT MET; UNABLE TO VERIFY ONE YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE AT PRIMARY NOC BASED ON DOCUMENTS PROVIDED. INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF MAIN DUTIES OF NOC.

WORK EXP. NOC 4011 University Professors - "Review Required" INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF JOB DUTIES PROVIDED

Please advise, how we can rectify this issue since we haven't received any ADR from them till date. And should we wait for ADR or proactively give more info. ? If yes then how ? The application is still "in progress"

You should never sit around and wait for an ADR, depending on the VO they might request further documentation or they can simply reject the application, it varies.

Obtain a proper reference letter which specifies the duties/responsibilities and raise a CSE to add it to your file asap.

I think if you are the applicant then choose "Applicant" as on option itself.

I think it will take it on it's own as an auto-fill.

@DelPiero07 , following our conversation to provide a new reference letter with Duties wherein my file was "Review Required" due to INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF JOB DUTIES , thats something I have done and got an acknowledgement on Oct 25 from CIC that they have received it. Please advise what should be the next step from my end for it - Order GCMS again or wait from them to hear . Any tentative timelines you might know CIC takes to review the doc. ? Thanks!

Does CSE cause delays or bcoz of review it is pending? Could you please share that if objection is raised at CIO or it is done by analyst at the Visa office or cpc
