CRS update before 3 years of foreign experience, accept ITA or not ?

I called CIC and they advised me to accept my ITA received the 10th August and write a letter of explanation.

It should not be a problem in their opinion.

Unless you have something in writing from CIC on this, it is advisable to decline the ITA this time and accept it once you complete 3 years (few days or weeks from now).

I was in the same situation as yours, i got invitation before 1 month before 2 years. I saw one people got rejected later because he hadn't the 2 years experience on the ita date, so cic recalculated the points for 1 years exp.
So, I backed out, declined and waited for the next ita.

It all depends on the visa officer. So it's your call if you want to risk the money and wait time.

I'm writing this message because I cannot really find the anwser to my question. I hope some of you had same experience. My CRS score has been updated automatically the 2nd August (466 to 491) due to my foreign experience of 3 years but it will be officially the 1st of September as I started my job the 2nd September 2013.

I know that CIC updated CRS score for foreign experience in months that's why my profile has been updated. This permitted my to received ITA yesterday.

As I have 60 days to accept or reject the ITA and my official 3rd year of experience will be officially done during these 60 days (in 21 days), is it possible to accept this ITA but only after the 1st of September and provide all necessary documents?

There is same kind of question in this forum but the official date of completed year of experience was 60 days after ITA.

What do you think I should do? Will I be rejected if I accept ITA the 1st September?

1) EE profile created after gaining 1 year of canadian experience. i.e Aug 2019.
2) I have updated my EE profile on January 2020 with 452 score.
2) I will be completing 2 years on June 17th 2020
3) On May 1st 2020 my EE profile automatically got updated and I gained 23 points(for 2 years work exp).

Note : NOC - 2174 , Previous score 452 , Current Score - 475

Now, I am in dilemma as I got ITA on May 1st 2020 , Should I accept it or decline it and wait till I actually complete my 2 years of canadian work exp.

Kindly advise.

Accept the ITA, submit your application for permanent residence after June 17.

You'll be fine.
