CRS - Possibility for additional points

Hi. I have a professional degree in Medicine (Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery). I also have a Master's degree in Physiology. Do I get any additional points in comprehensive ranking system (CRS) if I include my Master's degree certificate in the express entry application? do you have it assessed by WES for example..that your degree is indeed Master's degree according to canadian standards...?
