Crs points problem. Please help!

My husband just applied for canadian immigration. They have clearly mentioned that under transferability factor, one could get 50 for education and 50 for foreign work who has language clb level 7 or higher. My husband language is clb 10 in all areas and he got 50 for education but only 25 for foriegn experiecne? Does anyone know y is that? Y his 25 points got cut?

How many years of experience does he have? With 1 or 2 tears I don't think he'll get 50 points. With 3 years he will.

50 points for foreign experience only if it is 3 or more than 3 years

His foreign work experience is 6 years and 3 months.
English language clb score is 9 and higher in all 4 parts and have masters degree
