Well, then according to the rules, OP's PCC should have been valid.

"For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country."

My PCC was issued after I lived in the country, my parents are in India and they got the PCC from me from the local police station. However, the PCC stated only the duration of my initial 6 month stay and did not cover the rest of the dates. i thought it would not be an issue as the rest of my trips were under 6 months, but I dunno if there was some mess up with my dates and CIC said i was in India for some other period when I actually wasn't and said my PCC didn't cover that period

not sure if they made an error or how they determined that I was india during this period as neither my address nor travel history stated this

If i am residing in Canada and go to India for 2-3 months, I listed it under Travel but not address history, is that correct?

Hi guys, any help with my outlook in my situation will be appreciated

My CRS is 469, I had previously received an ITA in December but my eAPR was rejected due to an error in my PCC from India, hence I have now gotten a new PCC and created a new EE profile, however last 2 draws in March were 470 and 474, do you think I will get an ITA in next draw or 2? Praying for it :( I have also changed my NOC from 0124 to 1123 as I believe that was more appropriate for my job

My PGWP expires in July 2016, I really need to apply for BOWP and make sure I get it as I don't want to leave the country, I have been here for the better part of 7+ years. How hard is it to get the BOWP? Even if I get that I will be relaxed as I am good for another year and can certainly get PR within that I hope

I am also applying for NB PNP, I had previously received an invitation from them but it was under my old NOC and EE profile so I have re-sent it, am I correct in believing you can easily get BOWP with PNP letter and AOR?

On top of that, I want to leave my current job or thinking about it.. the letter I have from them says I am currently working there, I also got another letter dated a few weeks back saying I was working there (removed the part about current), so in case I leave the job I can use that letter with my 6 month payslips and LOE saying I left this job, will that be OK or do I have to get a new letter saying I worked from so and so period and now don't work there

Thanks for the help
I am in a similar situation: Been living in Canada for aprox 5 years now. PGWP expires July and still waiting for ITA. My score was 447, but I have been working for the past year on improving that score and I finally raised it to 477 yesterday after receiving an ECA for a new degree I completed. Hoping the score doesn't go above that cause I worked hard to get to 477, but I am confident it won't. I think that you are in a good position with 469, don't worry be confident. The draw on March 9 was a minimum score of 474 and March 23 was a minimum of 470 so the scores have come down between draws. They will continue to lower, maybe by next draw you get ITA. Be confident, stay positive 8)
