My crs is 445 recently updated it my ielts is already clb 9 and 10 will I get an ITA I have already got a PT for ontario nomination I wanna remain hopeful that the scores will go down

Noone can guarantee you that the score will decrease. I have got 448 on Dec 28, 2015 and I move on towards getting Ontario Nomination. You may wait for much longer than with ON before the minimal EE score will go below 450.

No one can predict CRS cutoff. but there are chances that in future CRS cutoff may go down as backlog for 2014 applications has been cleared. this has been discussed by CIC team on three occasions.

But i ll suggest you go the PNP way. if you have expression of interest fron Ontario. apply for it.

We are planning to accept it , but our profile will remain active on express entry or not

It ll remain active on express entry and you ll be eligible to receive ITA too.

You should also bear in mind that if you choose to proceed with OPNP and will pay official fee 1500 CAD for processing your application, your money will not be refunded in case you decide to abandon OPNP after receipt of ITA in the result of EE draw.
